This mural was created for Šiaulių Rasos pro-gimnasium in 2019.   The idea of it came while interpreting the line from school's anthem: "We'll raise the dew to the size of the ocean"

The ocean is powerful, full of life, storms, peace, dangers and beauty - just like life. It's a perfect metaphor of a student's future life.

I aimed to represent the idea that in the ocean everyone is important - from the tiniest plankton to the biggest whale. Likewise in real life each of us play equally important role. We are all part of the ecosystem and we should feel value in our existence.

VANDENYNAS

 

Šio piešinio idėja kilo plėtojant mokyklos himno eilutę "Užauginsim rasą vandenyno dydžio". Vandenynas - puiki metafora mokinio ateities pasauliui. Jis galingas, jame daug gyvybės, audrų, ramybės, pavojų ir be galo daug grožio - kaip ir gyvenime.

Piešinyje pavaizduota pirma ir paskutinė ekosistemos grandis - planktonas (medūza pvz.) ir banginis.  Tai linkėjimas žmonėms ir mokyklos mokiniams atrasti save nesvarbu kokiame pavidale, nes kiekvienas esame svarbi ekosistemos dalis. Juk svarbiausia vandenyne neužimti plastikinio butelio vaidmens.
